A potential homebuyer must be a professional educator, employed full-time by a school district in Texas to be eligible. Possible applicants may be:

- Full-time paid teachers’ aide
- Librarian
- School counselor
- School nurse

Individuals cannot be previous home owners.*

• Two to Four Unit Residences (1 unit must be owner occupied)
• Qualified Condominium Developments
• Planned Unit Developments (PUDs)
• Manufactured Housing (excluding conventional Fannie Mae loans)
